* 1 Edited High Res Photos  * 5 mins *One Person * 1 Outfit * Studio or Office PHOTO SHOOT DETAILS Additional charge for locations that require an entry or photo shoot fee. * Payment is due within 3 days after receiving the final product and invoice. * The photos will be delivered within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from the photo session date. * BigMike Photos Ltd provides the edited images for your package and DO NOT provide raw unedited images. Copyright, Reproduction, and Model Release The copyright of the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a digital version of the photographs has been included for the clients as part of the photo package, these photographs will include a print release and may be printed, and or displayed online, for personal and commercial use. The photographer retains the right to use the photographs for the purpose of advertising or otherwise promotion their work. The client agrees that they are signing a model release to allow the use of the photographs (of themselves) and others included in those photos for the photographer’s business purposes. BigMike Photos Ltd. owns all copyrights for any images/videos produced in connection with this agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images, for any personal or commercial purposes, without compensation to the Clients or notification to the Clients before use. *The CLIENT hereby assigns the COMPANY (BigMike Photos Ltd.) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and other creative purpose; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. Cancellation Policy

For rescheduling and cancelation, please contact us at least 24hrs before your shooting time. In the case of cancelation the 50 percent deposit that was paid at the time of booking your photo session will not be refunded. If the full payment was paid 50 percent of that money will be refunded to you.
