Service Description

* 12 Edited Digital Photos * 60 mins shooting time * Online gallery delivery for digital downloads. * 1-2 Outfits *1 Person *BigMike Photos Studio ( Devon ) PHOTO SHOOT CONTRACT *Photos will be delivered through my private online gallery. *The photos will be delivered in 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from the photo session date. *BigMike Photos provide the edited images for your package and DO NOT provide raw unedited images. *Cancellations: If the photo session is cancelled by the client the non-refundable session fee payment will not be returned. In the case of postponing or changing the date, the new date MUST be within 30 days of the original date. The $50 session fee is not transferable to anyone else. Copyright, Reproduction, and Model Release The copyright of the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a digital version of the photographs has been included for the clients as part of the photo package, these photographs will include a print release and may be printed, and or displayed online, for personal use. Commercial use must be expressly approved in written form by the photographer and include citation.

Cancellation Policy

For rescheduling and cancelation, please contact us at least 24hrs before your shooting time. In the case of cancelation the 50 percent deposit that was paid at the time of booking your photo session will not be refunded. If the full payment was paid 50 percent of that money will be refunded to you.
