Christmas Mini Photo Session Whats Included * 6 Edited High Resolution Photos * 20 mins shooting time * 1-5 Persons * Online gallery delivery with the ability to purchase additional photos. Extra photos: $20 each. * 1 Outfit * BigMike Photos Studio Session Cost: $200 * Photos will be delivered through my private online gallery. AGREEMENT * There is a NON-REFUNDABLE session fee retainer required to confirm a booking and securing your date. * The photos will be delivered same day. * BigMike Photos provide the edited images for your package and DO NOT provide raw unedited images. *Cancellations: If the photo session is cancelled by the client the non-refundable retainer payment will not be returned. *While on location doing a photo shoot, BigMike Photos is not responsible for any incident that could cause physical harm to model/client. Social Media: This clause applies to social media including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter the photographer’s photographs that are placed in public or on the internet. As a photographer, I need photographs to be an accurate representation of my work so that future clients have a good understanding of my brand and style. The client agrees that the photographs cannot be cropped (with the exception of forced cropping on social media), altered in color, or edited in anyway. Copyright: The Photographer retains copyrights to all photographs/images taken during this agreement. The images that are being provided to you are licensed copies for personal use only, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and publishing. Your purchase of the edited files releases Photographer from any liability due to loss or damage of the images and also releases Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph beyond a six (3) months period. You hereby grant the Photographer the right to use and publish images/photographs taken at your photo session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, social media platforms, advertisement and editorial use. The Photographer agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional and personal use only. We have understood the contents of this contract and agree to the terms therein.
