Following our conversation, we will provide a refined proposal based on your specific needs. Once you have selected your collection, we secure your date with a formal agreement and a retainer. This ensures your wedding is our exclusive focus for that day.

III. Pre-Wedding Strategy Session

Approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding, we meet for a comprehensive run through of your final questionnaire and timeline. We review every detail of your timeline, coordinate with your vendor team, and confirm the specific moments that are most important to you. This ensures we are perfectly aligned before the first frame is captured.

IV. Your Wedding Day

On the day of the celebration, our team arrives prepared and focused. We work with a professional and unobtrusive presence, allowing you to remain fully immersed in your experience while we document the authentic emotions and beauty as they unfold.

V. Post Production and Delivery

The experience does not end when the wedding is over. Once your gallery is ready, we invite you to BigMike Photos Studio for a private viewing. You will see your photos and cinematic film presented for the 1st time on a large screen, allowing you to relive the emotion of your wedding day in a curated, celebratory environment.
